I Have an old account, it said password or username didn't match when logging in so I reset password, using my phone and email, still didn't work, So fine, i'll sign up to a new account but then says the phone number and email is in use, so what the hell do I do now?Goldengazza
Limited knowledge of GA car parks
Doesn’t recognise a lot of GA station car parks to allow you to pay. You need to download another app called Pay By Phone. Why? Doesn’t link to GA parking website account so you need to register twice. Why? Can’t set up or monitor Autopay on app, have to use web site. Why? So really this app is totally useless!Show lessMumakil

No booking in advance
A good start. However, useless if you want to buy parking in advance of trip. App will just charge you from the minute you make booking to departure time - extracting max amount of cash from your pocket.! Just need it to have a start time and date , and finish time and date.
