No fair games when you have to buy coins
Why does there have to be an option to buy coins on these games that are meant to be “free” the minute you add that money making option to the developers the games credibility goes down the toilet as everything is angled to make sure you buy coins and lose, the dice you see sometimes in these games are laughable. Mist rigged ever to try get you to spend money, eventually you hit a wall and no matter how good you are or how well you play, its impossible to beat the dice that starts going against you. Updated review: I GAVE support all the information they asked for and more. Still no follow-up. They claimed they did not get a response from me. That’s not true. I’m not going to hash this out, your loss. Not mine.
Could not connect my account to Facebook after I deleted the app and wanted to reinstall it. Lost my account. Wrote to customer support. It’s been months and they’ve never gotten back to me. They did write once asking for some info but that was it. They never gave me a follow-up. Apparently, the error message I got reflected a problem of integration on their end.Show lessDaJuLee

Have been using this app for over a year now and I love it! I have friends that I’ve told about it and they use it as well. I learned to play when I lived in Turkey and I love being able to jump on here and play a live person whenever I have time or need to relax. Great app!!Boston501

I don’t care what kind of BS you spew, this game is rigged beyond belief. You have to win 3 times to 1 loss just to retain your chips. I lost 8 games in a row, some to absolute morons that made the dumbest moves I’ve ever seen and got away with it. I also noticed there is never a tie to see who goes first. NEVER. Is that figured by your "generator of the highest standards"? Nothing but a money grab by a bunch of third world liars.Show lessDarkknight91

I have been playing on this site, off and on, for about 6 months. The graphics are decent, but there is no doubling cube. You will find a LOT of hecklers and users that are there simply to harass or aggravate you. Unfortunately....you are limited to block only 5 users at a time from playing or communicating with you. There is no ‘MUTE’ button to block any emoticon or communication during the play.
This site is a complete waste of time and a laughable attempt at reproducing a great game digitally. Their servers don’t have a clue what ‘random’ rolls are. They are programmed either to win for you or lose for you...dependent on the time of day and color you choose to play. I have had 7 rolls in a row of the exact same roll...5 & 1 (IMPOSSIBLE), as well as many other 3, 4, and 5 in a row duplicates. You will know if the computer favors you or your opponent relatively soon after the game begins.
Another point to note...you will NEVER see a tie on the first roll...another impossibility. You will be lucky to find 100 people at the high times on this site, most of whom pay to play. It feels like the site is setup for money transfers...maybe honest, but I tend to believe the opposite is more likely. Don’t waste a penny on this site...they start you out with 25k in chips and you get another 7k+a bonus spin worth up to 20k every 24 hours.
Finally, I have seen many different usernames and explicit images on user accounts...so you might want to keep the kids away from this site. Quite a lot of Eastern European users whose user accounts have naked pics with their phone/Skype number
Knowing the game as I do, I wouldn’t risk installing this app either, as I wouldn’t put any trust in this site. Until they stop using scripted games with pre-programmed rolls, fix the rolls themselves to be truly random, and clean up the bottom-feeding loser users...I would pass this right by.
Just my $.02. Be leery. Go with God.

Same ole same b.s. response ‘we use random numbers generator meeting highest INDUSTRY standards’. Sure you do...if only you are speaking of the ‘SCAM-industry’! What generator does your site utilize? Those who play on your site know the truth...lie all you want-it just simply isn’t true. To those who haven’t played on their site yet...try the browser version FIRST. You will undoubtedly see how the rolls favor one player or the other. Then change colors the next game and you’ll find the rolls favor the same color that was favored in the first. Then after a period of time, it will switch favor to the other color without warning. Change colors again and you will be winning again. I have personally won 14 games in a row to all but 1 being different players. That is just not possible in a truly random generated die roll. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE...let alone install their APP!

Hey HuckJR, We are sorry that you have such a bad impression of the game. We don't have online chat during games to avoid conflicts and insults between the players. However, we have emojis and predefined phrases to allow communication between the players. If you don't want to play or communicate with someone via our private chat, you can block or mute that player. When you block a player, he/she won't be matched with you and won't be able to send you private messages. The mute option stops him/her only from sending you messages, and you have an unlimited mute list. Also, you can buy more block places from our in-game store. We would also like to note that we use random numbers generator meeting highest industry standards, and both players have the same chance to win. Our team tries to delete the explicit and inappropriate photos as soon as we see them. If you notice that some of the players are violating our terms of service by uploading inappropriate pictures, please contact our support team. Game is great for me because I like playing against real opponents. It’s a little pricey as you increase the wins/losses as you have to purchase play chips. The VIP benefit is also an additional fee and not in sync with the chip purchases. Most benefit is that you can have live chats, and you get extra play chips with chip purchases.
That said...it is a really fun game to play in real time.
Customer service is very good and any time I have had an issue, they respond in a timely manner. Always helpful and polite!Show lessCousinJG-MB

I use some of the other backgammon apps and I’m enjoying this one right now. I like that I can play on my tablet, phone and desktop. The graphics are a little plain, but it works well and it feels straightforward. No doubling cube. Appreciate being able to have a profile without using Facebook. Nice that there aren’t 5 splash screens trying to sell you as you log in. It’s a good change. Nice and simple.Show lesskaleb a
