  • Improved look is the only positive thing

    1. Zelle is gone. There is a P2P option, but Zelle is used by most banks and people. One can’t expect people who don’t use MCU to change how money is sent or received because MCU customers don’t have access to the norm.
    2. Bill pay recurring dates were changed during the update. Many people have bill pay dates set based on when the bill is due or when a paycheck comes. Having to manually adjust the dates back is not only inconvenient, it caused checks to be sent twice. People living paycheck to paycheck can’t afford to pay extra.
    3. You advertise mobile banking, but your updated app doesn’t work on older phones. Not everyone can afford to buy a new phone just because the bank chooses to cater to those who can.

  • Zelle option not there any more

    I am extremely upset, the Zelle option is not available no more after the system “update”. I strongly believe that is something that should’ve been kept.

    These features are just amazing. I can do everything I need without having to leave my house. I really enjoy the look and feel of the new app.
  • Great App but having a issue..

    I recently tried to get into my mutual app but it’s keeps saying “we are unable to Validate your information. Please try again or check your login credentials are set up correctly in online banking.” But when I put my information in it’s not working. It’s the system shutdown right now or not…PLEASE GET BACK TO ME!!

  • I’m not happy with the app

    NOT HAPPY! With the way it just randomly forgets your facial recognition is turned on
    Password reset doesn’t work etc.

  • Please Fix the password Reset / Id Recovery

    Every time the app updates i loses my log in information. I been using Face ID for so long I forgets my password and ID and now that i wants to Recover or Change it the request never send to my email. Its 2023 and this problem been going on for years and needs to be Fix Immediately.

    And want let me do my later version now I can’t even get on no more it want let me use a later version I can not afford to buy another phone there has got to be away to use a later version . There is no since in y’all keep on updating when people can’t afford ios13 I cant
