KENO
I’ve submitted tickets in hopes that the keynote board would be fixed. It’s been months and it is still the same incorrect play board. There is no other state in the US that has a Keno board that looks like Missouri‘s. The Keno form that you fill out has the correct playing board so how in the world could it be configured wrong? And then why does it take so long to fix? It’s ridiculous. As well, when you win a spin for the monthly games, the screen is just black so you can’t spin. It’s been that way for months. I have plenty of screenshots, but there’s nowhere to attach a file here. Go figure.

App is terrible - not much better after updating
October update :
So they updated some stuff and now the first 1-2 winning number scans work well. But then they added the most idiotic random dumb thing: to redeem prize points you have to MANUALLY ENTER ALL OF YOUR DANG CONTACT INFORMATION. WtH is this for?? OMG these people are clueless.
Scanning multiple non-scratchers is still mind blowing difficult and angering. Please god just outsource this and stop having the lottery directors kid do it. Awful
I feel strongly app developer was under strong pressure to make this as difficult as possible to limit use for gambling reasons. No reason whatsoever to have to choose type of ticket. No reason to scan twice. No reason to have to hit enter after scanning. And the delay between any interaction is awful. The lottery makes billions and you can’t spend the money on a proper app!

This app is trash
This MOLottery app is broken & useless to the customers. 99.9% of the time the app will no scan barcodes to check tickets and/or to scan the ticket for points. When I submit an issue to MoLottery they always provide the same fix, delete the app & reinstall it. This ‘fix’ does not work. I have an iPhone 14 so the issue is not due to using an old phone. MOLottery suggests I delete the app & reinstall it. This did not ‘fix’ the issues.
It appears the MOLottery officials are not interested in fixing the app. The app has been trash since I started using it. It is time for MOLottery to create a new app that is customer friendly including only requiring the customer to scan their tickets ONCE not twice (one scan to check if the ticket is a winner & one time to enter the ticket for points).
