Can’t even create an account - keep loading and app auto closes

Complete waste of time, spinning wheels on signup then the app just won’t load at all 🙄
App doesn’t work, won’t create account.
I’ve tried numerous times to just set up an account and even tried password reset. Nothing seems to work, it wasted a good hour of my day. The app doesn’t seem to memorize that I bought a subscription, it just keeps asking me to redo it and to fill out the premium sign in. There’s is not a thing premium with a sign in that can’t even do just that. Would not recommend, must be a scam site. No quality control whatsoever.

Downloaded content only plays sound, no picture.

Downloaded content plays audio only. You are left with the Garage logo and sound only..

Keeps freezing
Paid for 6 month subscription upfront and every film, series, docu that I have tried to watch constantly freezes throughout. Sound keeps playing but video stays frozen. Close app, restart, resume and same thing happens. Highly frustrating

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PREMIUM
I signed up to watch one hard-to-find movie and now they won’t cancel my subscription and won’t respond to repeated emails.
Waste of money don’t buy
Signed up to Sept 2020 on apple subscription but after couple cannot access any films and it won’t recognise my subscription. Customer service is waste of time tired several times over the last month or so through the app support but keep getting bounce back emails saying address not found.
