Absolutely Horrible
Good content, but EVERY, and I do mean EVERY, time that I attempt to access ANY PocketMag publication is fruitless. The restore purchases function stopped working about 6 months ago, so there is no way to access any existing OR NEW publication. Attempts to reach customer service end with a canned message to try to use the restore purchases function. I just cancelled all subscription that use PocketMag. DO NOT BUY PocketMag publications and save yourself the frustrations. I am disappointed that Apple lets these guys stay in the App Store.

So here we have a magazine about going to out-of-the way places that requires an internet connection to work. Ponder that! I was quite disappointed when I downloaded some issues and couldn’t read them. I should note that the paper version is a good magazine, but the app needs some work.
App doesn’t work
The app hangs when trying to access an issue. I have tried all the usual steps for resolving and have wasted for more of my time than the $19.99 subscription is worth. Frustrating.
