Two datasets are available. 1. Luigi-Genome The database of Luigi-Genome contains more than 7,000 cases from 32 cancer types with genomic features and clinical information included in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Additionally, registered users can use a function for somatic mutation prediction. 2. Luigi-ICDO The database of Luigi-ICDO contains cases from more than 2,000 tumor types in ICD-O (International Classification of Diseases for Oncology) including rare tumors. The database was created from curated images on the Web and image thumbnails with the URL of the original website are shown.

Here, you can view the various mutation statistics of selected similar cancer samples. Currently, the following genomic information is available. - Frequent somatic mutations (SNV, CNV or gene fusions) - Gene expression levels - Cytolytic activity (CYT) proposed by MS Rooney et al. (defined as the log-average of GZMA and PRF1 expression in TPM) - CD274 (also known as PD-L1) gene expression in TPM - Mutational signatures in COSMIC database - Signature 3, which is associated with failure of DNA double-strand break-repair by homologous recombination. - Signature 4, which is likely due to tobacco mutagens. - Signature 6, which is associated with defective DNA mismatch repair and is found in microsatellite unstable tumors. - Signature 16, which may be associated with drinking alcohols. This function may help you obtain further insight into the molecular basis of your cancer sample.
