App is very bad. Cannot use properly. Every time I tried to use, app just crashed and cannot press any buttons. If I cannot use my membership while purchasing something, what is the point of the membership?yKn0wWh0
App keeps logging you out
When I login, when I browse any section it will say I have an active session already and for security reasons it will log me out. Bugs are common in apps, but if the app is go buggy don’t force users to use your app.

Stop forcing your loyal customers to use this app until you have fixed the bugs in it.
I keep getting a duplicate session message and then am logged out of the app.
I can’t see my information at all
But the app happily sends all notifications. Is it meant to be a purely marketing app?

A true pain
App is buggy and unusable, unable to use biometrics to log in even though it is already enabled on the phone. Challenger forces you to use this app as you can’t log in with your mobile number at the cashier after 3 times - the least they could do was not introduce further obstacles. It keeps forget and reset my log in details. Even though I have set up to log in with fingerprint, the next time I open the apps it ask me to type all log in details all over again.Atthestrategy
