Waste of time
Only function truly is to add clients to a class, check them in & see who is in class. There was an update a few months ago which made the app worse. Takes forever to load, if it loads. Not impressed. Cyclebar did an entire change from mind.body in 2019 & it’s never been good.
Horrible
Literally the most useless app ever created. It doesn’t even let you scroll or add an attendee without freezing up. Completely worthless functionally and doesn’t allow you to do anything other than see your class.
WORST APP
refresh doesn’t happen, it freezes constantly, and crashes often. it’s not just my phone. happens to our entire team. it’s not even worth downloading. it’s been awful for over a year and hasn’t been fixed.
Is anyone actually fixing this?
This app is truly the worst.
Is anyone monitoring how the app works? It’s constantly crashing and I can’t even do basic things like look at class participants without having to quit. Xponential should never have switched from mindbody. PLEASE, someone fix the bugs in the app.

The app somehow got worse
This app was pretty bad before but recently (the past couple months) it is even worse. It freezes on me when I try to check my classes and I had to completely close out of the app every time I want to open it. There are so many things wrong with this app but it should at least not freeze.
Frustrating
With the most recent update, the app is useless. This makes it incredibly frustrating for me as a teacher because this is the only way I can check people in or see my schedule, yet it often shows up with a blank white screen. Please fix this ASAP because it’s adding a layer of stress that isn’t necessary.

Clunky and slow
And as others mention, just not very useful. After the most recent update to the member version, this one is just one hair north of being completely useless — moves around at a snail’s pace, if at all.
New Update Steps Back in Time
The most recent version is absolute garbage. It’s so incredibly slow to load, freezes often, takes several minutes to add a member to a class, shows multiple pop ups at once on top of one another. It’s like I’m using Netscape in 2001.
Not functional
App does not serve much purpose except to view who is class. Can not adjust instructors or class type on app (could on our previous app when we went through a competitor’s app.) also as of lately, app will not even open and there are no updates to help with this.
App is constantly broken
The app kicks me out on a weekly basis and this time when I try to log in, an error occurs. “JSON Parse error. Unrecognized token <“. It’s frustrating that i can’t see who is going to be taking my class before hand with an easy app because i never know if it’s going to work :(
