Worst customer service ever
It's a pretty standard site the games or the same ones. They have on the other places they do have decent promos and like daily stuff. The problem is if you ever do have a problem their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with game was glitchy cut out on me then when it came back on, it had switched to a two dollar bet when I was on $.20 it ate my money up and then when I called customer service they told me that they would refund It, then the next person I spoke to said they wouldn't person. I talked to didn't have an answer and told me that was all they could do for me. His answer was that he couldn't do anything for me and he had done everything he could in the end it was only eight dollars, but they refused to give it to me, I can barely get anybody to talk to me. I waited on hold for forever and they have done nothing to remedy this situation. I went to just getting this app. My brother got locked out of his for no reason at all whatsoever with money and And I have a friend who is locked out of his account now because he tried to take out his own money and they kept canceling it for no reason at all he has over $1000 stuck in there

The app always has a issues or promotions not tracking progress , right now I’m having a issue they say they can’t find my location but it’s the same phone and same WiFi I’ve been using for Almost a year and the last week or so I haven’t been able to actually do anything on the app cause my location can’t be found. But yet I have the geo location app installed and running and my location services on and using precise location. All around the app and contact support have been the worst I’ve had to deal with. Also there availability to update your info you can change your number but have to go thru a whole process to change the email uploaded all my info and sent pictures just for them to email back and say you’re all verified. They never actually know what they are doing I also had a bonus freeze and screenshotted it and sent it to support they “fixed” the problem by putting a $1 in my account and not letting me see the bonus then didn’t answer my email for 2 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone you’re better off using FanDuel or DraftKings

If you have $50 and only 5 minutes to play this is the place. Last 2 times no back and forth just deposit and straight down. I had just played fan duel for a long time ultimate triple poker getting 4 of a kinds, flushes, full houses should have stayed there. They gave my accounts back just for it to get disabled again & I contacted them again & they activated it again & then it got disabled again & I honestly think if you’re winning too much (1st/2nd, 3rd for some matches) that they disable your account which is ridiculous, they’re disabling accounts because you’re good at the game, I don’t know if I will continue to play this game anymore

I’ve been playing this site for better part of 3-4 years, I’ve always checked promotion pages and every day almost I get something from the site for free in a promotion, last Thanksgiving 2023 I had a five dollar bonus for the game called Thanksgiving me and my Summer sitting on the couch watching the Raiders game and my first spin. I won $2500. This is from free money of course I had to wager a little bit of it cashed out about 1900 and me and my son Ray to Walmart and bought a PlayStation five lol whoever said this site is a scam as a weirdo. They probably use somebody else’s card or they use the prepaid card where it says clearly right on there before you deposit you need a different method to withdraw like either a personal checking accountor something like PayPal you can use MasterCard debit card you cannot use PayPal account directly.
