Can’t even log in.

The log in window doesn’t show the email/password entered, either the text you type is white like the background or it just isn’t working. Even when I’m sure the email and password are correct, it just says “some unknown exception has occurred”.

Stick to the browser version.

I would rather bring my heavy textbook home than use this

Bugs out, glitchy, logs me out constantly and it’s the mobile compatibility is poor.

nothing works

the website doesn’t work, google says it’s unsafe also.
the app won’t even let me log in so I can’t access the schoolbooks I was able to access a singular time. just carry around your textbooks it’s less hassle.

Annotations not working on iPad

On the iPad Pro annotations do not work, the pages also don't fit to the screen and always glitch while zooming in I would love the ability to annotate a book I payed for digitally and not lug around a massive book.

Doesn’t function

It just doesn’t load, can’t zoom in and crashes every 5 mins. If there was something lower that 1 star I would give it that.

Glitches Every 5 Minutes

This app will kick you out every 5 minutes, if that, and it takes 3 of those 5 minutes to load the pages. The last 2 minutes are taken up trying to zoom in and the app glitching about, until it finally kicks you out and you have to reload it again. Save yourself the time and just use the paperback versions of these books.

lots of bugs and glitches

first off, the mac version of this app is very useful and bug-free. but on ipad or iphone it is a huge let down and full of bugs and issues that need to be fixed asap.

The app itself can be very handy and can store all your textbook e-books but can be very problematic; especially on the newer versions of the ipad, half the time the screen will only show half of the page , consistently crashes and glitches frequently and freezes.

another annoying problem is that the app refreshes too quickly, meaning if i change apps to write notes on the page, the app will refresh and i will have to load in the book everytime. another inconvenience to list is that it doesn't support the ipad split screen feature, and while i can still manage flipping back and forth it’s a bit of an inconvenience.

if this e-reader could be more compatible and have no bugs or glitches it would be a great app but unfortunately for these let downs the app is not very useful and it would be more handy to just use the physical books than this garbage.

This app makes me so angry in class

I cant zoom in on pages to read the words because it continuously glitches. The app will just close automatically sometimes when im in the middle of class. I cant make annotations because it glitches out. I cant turn pages properly because it glitches. I find myself swearing at my device in class in frustration from these issues. FIX THE APP PLEASE ITS SO BAD JUST PLEASE MAKE IT WORK I FEEL LIKE ITS NOT THAT HARD CMON

Terrible

If I could give it less than 1 Star I would.
The app is slow and constantly glitches, turning pages can take minutes and on top of that half the page will not be visible most of the time.
Despite the amount of money you have to pay to buy textbooks I can barely use them..

Problematic

The app does not deliver on its claims. There is no practical or meaningful way to access the information that we pay for in the text supported by this app. The producer of the app and the publisher of the text don’t appear to care. I think the only solution is to go elsewhere.
