My stickers did not appear. I would like help please

I was excited to purchase this sticker pack on sale but it when I did it failed to work. It shows "installed" but is no where to be found in my iMessage sticker catalog. I'm sad I paid money for nothing. I hope it shows up.

A message to the haters:
Why are you complaining? There are only like three or four unpopular characters. If you're gonna buy Disney iMessage stickers, you should know these characters. Also, they show every sticker in the screenshots of the app, so you knew what you were getting.

$1.99 for a handful of non-animated stickers, celebrating Disney Animation. What a joke. Use Giphy instead.
Not worth it!
1.99 for 20 stickers? Not even very popular Disney characters. I'm disappointed every time I download a Disney app. I learned my lesson I won't waste my money anymore

Thank you for purchasing the Disney Stickers: Decades sticker pack. Sorry that you are having difficulty locating your stickers. Hopefully these instructions will help you to start enjoying your Disney Stickers! 1. Access iMessage apps— Enter a contact to message, then tap the App Store icon (which looks like an “A”) beside the chat field to see your most recently used iMessage app. -> 2. If you are not seeing Stickers that you have purchased, you may need to change your settings. -> 3. Tap the App Store icon, and then tap the 4-ovals icon in the lower left to bring up the app drawer. -> 4. Then click the + symbol to open the store, and select the Manage button top right. -> 5. Make sure the app you are looking for is turned on.
For those who couldn't find it on their phone
- Go to your messages, click on the iMessage app button
- on the bottom left there are four dots (representing apps) click on that and it should show all your active apps/stickers
- click on the store
- at the top right, click "manage". There you can turn on and off all your apps/stickers. Make sure this sticker pack is turned on.

And for the record, I LOVE these stickers!!! I love the classics. It doesn't bother me that they aren't animated.

The instructions should be better, it took me a while to find the stickers because you have to me in messaging to find them. Still can't figure out how to unlock using the code
