Extremely frustrating, works about half the time
It doesn’t work in many applications, for example Zoom meetings. It also requires me to restart my system multiple times during use as it will suddenly not recognize my TV. I get booted out every few minutes when using this app and have to stop everything to reconfigure again. Overall, more frustrating than anything and glitchy.Show lessjessienp

In general we do not recommend Zoom for our iPhone app. It works better on our Mirror for Panasonic TV MacOS app. You can download a free trial for your Mac on our website to see if this works better for you. You can still use our app for many other purposes on your iPhone.Waste of time.

This $4.95 app replaces a $75 Apple cable/adapter combo and makes it all wireless to boot. I wish I knew about this app before wasting my money on the adapter and cable. This app found my Panasonic plasma tv right away and connected to it no problem. Both sound and video work correctly using this small iPad. Thanks for a great app!Show lessKnapKat

Does this app not work with Amazon Prime either? When people are wishing to mirror- I think the most common thing mirrored would be videos from apps such as YouTube, amazon prime, Hulu etc. I would think that these video apps should actually play the video. Mine just shows my screen or the title of the show I am watching but won’t show the video/ tv show even though the audio works...Show lessabc123help
Works but slow to react
The app has a nice layout and mirrors my iPad perfectly fine but it is very slow to react to my actions on the iPad. This makes presenting(etc.)things very hard as you cannot discuss the image you are looking at or intending to show because it presents another image that is not what you are wanting to show at that second. If you want to use this app for entertainment or music then it is quite good, but you just need to wait a bit in the beginning as it won’t react to your iPads footprints immediately. Overall not great for productivity but I recommend it for YouTube etc.(but you can mirror directly on the app).Show lessSherman Howarth

The app has a clean layout and easy to use and streams most content. Unfortunately when it comes to streaming Xfinity Stream all you get an error message. It seems Xfinity Stream is prevented from streaming to your big screen TV. Since that was the whole purpose of purchasing the app I was rather disappointed.Show lessitsss greatttt tony the tiger

Hi, Thanks for reviewing us. Xfinity Stream app blocks screen mirroring. They do this, so that users don't copy the content of the app and distribute it illegally. Thus, it's unfortunately out of our control. However, there is an alternative solution. If Xfinity Stream has a website from where you can play videos, then you can simply open the website and mirror videos from there. This would work on your TV. For better performance of audio on TV, please use 'Endless Browser' or 'UC Browser'. Both can be downloaded for free from the app store.Works
Good solution for our Panasonic Viera, for casting from an iPod Touch. Unfortunate that Apple is so unfriendly when it comes to mirroring (to anything other than an AppleTV) but glad for this app as a fix.SJH08
Look elsewhere for screen mirroring for video
None of the popular video streaming platforms work with this app. Pointless app unless you want to watch yourself text on a flatscreen tv. Will be requesting a refund.Spielberg98795

Hi, Some apps block Screen Mirroring. This means that application developers can choose themselves if they want to block Screen Mirroring. For instance, Netflix / Amazon Prime have decided to block this. There is a simple test that you can do to see if the app that you want to mirror has blocked Screen Mirroring: Open that particular app and slide up Control Center on your iPhone/iPad. Then, click on Screen Recording and start recording the screen to your Camera Roll. Watch the app that you want to mirror and at some point stop the screen recording. Then go to your Photos app and watch the video that was recorded. If the recorded video shows the app you want to mirror, it works fine. If the video is empty, then the app you want to mirror does not allow Screen Mirroring. However, there is an alternative solution. If the app you want to mirror has a website from where you can play videos, then you can simply open the website and mirror videos from there. This would work on your TV. For better performance of audio on TV, please use 'Endless Browser' or 'UC Browser'. Both can be downloaded for free from the app store.
