Changes and bugfixes: * Added popup to Buy Now in eXchange so you know if you are buying a vehicle or not * Tweaked eXchange UI to make it clear when you are placing a bid and when you are buying the vehicle, as well show your max bid * Bugfixes to eXchange so that the countdown timer matches the web version * LIVE and eXchange bidding screens should no longer dim the screen when user hasn't done anything on the screen for a while * Fixed bug when submitting a proxy bid * Fixed a rare bug in Catalogue that could crash the app
