  • App broken

    Can’t reset password or even look at the app. Starting to think it’s completely offline as all the reviews are super old. Support team please get back to me if the app is still active?
  • Broken app needs updating

    The app is broken. I had to use a web browser to create an account after repeatedly getting the “oops:)” error message.
    Lots of weird errors like no way to close the forgot password send email modal, didn’t even email me anyway. If I don’t have an account and I try to see if I just forgot my password, the whole app shouldn’t just break.
    Inputs got filled in with random numbers when trying to sign up.

  • Great! 1 suggestion though!

    Love it ! Always delivered within about 2 hours to my door. I have a suggestion though, I would love it if I could tip after the delivery , just like keep it open to tip a few hours after , sometimes the driver goes above for example in helping you find a substitute and spending the extra time to make sure it’s something you really want and you want to top up the tip but yeah awesome app and service !

    I can’t even create a profile on this app because it keeps saying “oops”… talk about a waste of time.

  • Can’t opt out of marketing notifications

    Although the app seems to give you the option of opting out of marketing push notifications, it doesn’t actually work. You have to turn off all notifications for Runner from Settings to get them to stop — and they are frequent. Misleading and extremely annoying.

    Hey @butterflygirl1994! So, so sorry about that. First off, thank you for bringing this to our attention - understandably this would be very annoying. We've had our dev team look at the issue, and it looks like it has been resolved. If you do not want to receive any marketing push notifications, please just go into Settings > Notifications and deselect Offers, Runner Rewards and Other. Hope that helps!
  • So many push ads

    The app keeps sending ads as push notifications, even though I opted out in the settings.

  • Good delivery, buggy app

    The people doing delivery have been great in the last several months I’ve used this app, but the UX for the actual app is not good. Search results net different results depending on where you search from, the structure of the app itself is confused and again, limits what you see depending on the path you take (when trying to buy things, choose your own adventure isn’t ideal; I should consistently see the same selection of, say, red wines with the same filters netting the same results in a single shopping experience), and when I downloaded the app to a new device I had to enter my address and directions for delivery before I had the option to log in, and then THAT was an endless loop. I also find the points system is buggy and doesn’t add points to your account consistently.

    Hey @BrookeSL! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, due to the different inventories of the LCBOs, some products are not available depending on where you are located. That is why we ask for your address before giving access to product search etc. That being said, the loop is a bug and we will have our dev team look into this. This insight is very valuable to us - so thank you, we greatly appreciate it :) As well, we are working on a new version of our Rewards system that we should be rolling out before the holidays.

    We have been runner for a while. It seems to work well. It all started in April when the LCBO said they were going to deliver to our house and instead dropped our package of at Canada Post.
