Turned off by itself
It fails to turn back on when the temperature drops below the set point. No matter how much I adjust the settings, it doesn’t work. The UI and settings are overly complicated and not user-friendly at all. I’m extremely disappointed. As a parent with young children, I find this product highly unsatisfactory. I’m considering uninstalling it and reverting to my original device. I will never purchase this product again.

Good when it works
App sometimes becomes unresponsive, thermostats don't respond and sometimes don't work manually to change the temp. I've had 5 thermostats for about a year and never had issues until the last couple months. Not sure why issues suddenly cropped up but the fact they didn't respond manually made me worry I may have 5 bricked devices one day. Please bring back an older version that clearly worked better... If you're going to make an update then add a dark mode.

Aimerais ajouter de pouvoir descendre le seuil du chauffage à 0 ou 1 degré au lieu de 5 degrés. Utilisation dans un poulailler et cette fonction deviendrait vraiment intéressant
Needs auto-dimming
It would be nice to have the displays dim during bedtime. During the day they need to be bright to be readable but should dim to the lowest setting during a set “night time” as to not illuminate the whole room. Great app otherwise though.
A Hit and a Miss
I was so excited to find these. I’ve had baseboard heaters since I moved into this apartment, but never liked the controls. They were installed in the 70s I think. Totally worn, no numbers just a dial.
The set up on the app is average/normal. You have to create an account. Then you get into customization.
Couple things: the temp is always 2-3 degrees lower than what you set it. I think it’s the hold. It will heat up to what you want then allow the room to cool a little before heating again.
I set two schedules for my rooms and then deleted them. This morning I woke up and found them back in there.
****AND GEOFENCING ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK****
Set mine up and left to do some errands. It asks to use location while using the app,
Then asks you again if you want to keep it on all the time. The next screen allows you to choose Home Away or Vacation.
Then the following screen seems to not make sense at all. It asks you what you want to do when you’re home and when you’re away, but the tab corresponds to the opposite. So it makes no sense at all.
Online help is pretty much useless since it refers back to an older much more robust version of the app.
I’m glad I got these, but the app is disappointing. I’m surprised it’s this bad considering Mysa is a Canadian company, not like it’s from China or something.

A bug where weekly stats show only 6 days has celebrated a year already.
3 degrees difference
I have 4 mysa on floor it show all 3 degrees celsius ambient lowers comparing to other thermostat
Terrible Customer Support and Poor Overall Experience
Mysa is unable to support customers with a technical difficulties call center without scheduling a time to call for several days or weeks later. Their online chat utilizing bots and AI is almost absolutely worthless and is a complete waste of time. Mysa’s products are advertised as capable of use without WiFi but that is false. Password protected WiFi is the only option a consumer has to install Mysa products before they can be used.
Scenario: during the winter, storms are common and so is loss of power and Internet. A lose of power and Internet results in Mysa thermostat resets with no way to restore functionality without WiFi when emergency generator power is applied. Hence you have no way to control or use emergency heat when needed most.
Save yourself the trouble and use a common digital thermostat controller.
