Apple Face ID Support Fluency Mobile now supports Apple’s Face ID technology in addition to Touch ID for logging into the Fluency Mobile app. To use Face ID, turn on and set up Face ID in the iOS Settings (see Set up Face ID on iPhone), and turn on “Remember Credentials” in the Fluency Mobile app settings once you’ve logged in. The next time you want to log into the Fluency Mobile app, just look at your phone and the app will log you in. Bug Fixes Face ID enabled causes app to crash If Face ID is enabled on the device, and the Fluency Mobile app is started, the Fluency Mobile app would crash. This is fixed. Fixed digital signature A bug in the app framework might result in the inability to create a digital signature. This is fixed.

• The mobile app now includes a screen that explicitly indicates whether the interpreting activity is complete, or incomplete with the reason. The interpreter can go back and change this indication up until the time that the activity is submitted. • The activity start time can be edited. The interpreter's ability to do this is controlled through a web app mobile configuration setting. • The mobile app now contains settings for warning an interpreter if it doesn’t appear the appointment is meant to start an activity based on the start time. There is a setting for interpreting activities and a setting for non-interpreting activities allowing the interpreter to indicate the time period prior to an appointment that the mobile app will warn them if they try to start an activity. • Interpreting activity comments can now be shown or hidden through a web app mobile configuration setting. • The Billing Notes field is now in the mobile app. This field corresponds to the existing Billing Notes field in the web app.
