Ar doesn’t work
It won’t let me do any ar so I can’t do ar adventure or ar coding so it’s not that fun☹️
Cute but dumb
App doesn’t work properly always connecting or trying to line up Augie in AR mode. Website is devoid of info and the app info is awful. No enemies show up in AR adventures and he can’t execute code because AR is flaky. This should have been labeled vapor ware and the company sued imho. It is a waste of an esp32 as well lol and that is saying something. And no maze ability nor any roaming ai. Where is the programming connector for the head??? Geez so many holes in this company. Never again pai technology....

App hasn’t been updated in 3 years and won’t connect to the device!!!!!

App won’t open because of the update.
As soon as I access the app it requires an update but you can’t update your “Augie” unless you are connected and you can’t connect without accessing the app. If they could fix this problem would be very helpful.
App doesn’t connect
I’ve tried everything. Read tutorials and checked forums and contacted customer support. The app will not connect to my WiFi and yes it is on 2.4
Won't Connect to Robot
You have to manually enter ssid name, totally dumb. The "connecting to Augie" screen says the process takes 3 minutes which is even more dumb when it won't connect and you have to wait 3 minutes again and again. Really awful.
