Not working when finding nearest station
The upgrade breaks the the functionality

When you try the find stop near me function it always pops up a error message after a few seconds despite it working fine before.
Laggy
The app is very useful to track location of buses in real time but is very sluggish and often irresponsive.
Please expand your service.
The only truly reliable route is route 28 almost every other route starts late in the day and ends early leaving people stuck places. This app is amazing but there’s just not enough service to truly help anyone. Too many people get stuck places due to this including myself.
The most accurate app for the RTA, however...
It isn't a well-functioning app. I have missed buses which—anyone living in Southern California who occasionally needs to take a bus knows—dues to the constant geotag location error that pops up every four or five times I open the app (buses run every hour in Riverside, CA; you miss one, you're an hour+ late for work). My location on my phone is on; it always is for this reason: to check bus times when I need to take one. This is a terrible error that should be fixed immediately.

Update it’s working now
All of a sudden after so long it started working , I would use the app just for the link to bus schedule and today may 13 2021 it started working.
This app use to work , now it is useless. Doesn’t find my location even if I have location on , just have to keep a book on my instead of this now waste of memory on my phone

No GPS
Location not working even though I have it enabled in settings.

Poor function and wholly unreliable. I've tried to use it for over a year now.
Fantastic alternative: transitapp. I've used for months and it's great. I've also used it while traveling in the US and it's been helpful every time.

Not user friendly
I always have to find my own location when I open the app instead of it starting the app loading on my location, not to included that it can never include a time stamp. It tells me no predictions available so I have to refer google maps to tell me when it’s supposed to be there instead of real time like it says. Has made me late and miss the bus having to resort to other travel methods such as Uber and Lyft for a ludicrous price.
