This app doesn’t let you connect your device or let you log in. Customer service is at 0. No one ever gets back to you. Wasted $150 on the product all because it connects to the app and won’t do its job. Frustrated.
Doesn’t work once inserted!
Unfortunately once the product is inserted into the body, the connection to the Bluetooth disconnects and the product is unable to be used.

App never works right. On the rare times it does connect with the device via Bluetooth (which is few and far between) the remote feature doesn’t work. There’s absolutely no useful info in the app and what is there makes no sense....for example “ The color of the private place is mainly determined by the hormone level.” Is part of an answer in the q&a section of the help menu. WTH?!

DO NOT download this app if you don’t want to be a victim of identity theft. They collect your identity by making you log in with your email or Facebook password. This is crime.
You should return your purchased products, ask for full refund and report this unethical business practices to google, Facebook, or police..
