RE Onsite is ontwikkeld om de kwaliteit van gebouwen en infrastructuur meetbaar te maken, te kunnen controleren en in de tijd te kunnen volgen. Inspectiewaarnemingen worden geobjectiveerd door het gebruik van conditiescores (NEN 2767) of beeldmeetlatten (CROW). RE OnSite zorgt voor slimme en kostenbesparende inspecties met een hoge en objectieve informatiewaarde. Afspraken uit prestatiecontracten worden objectief en meetbaar. Informatie vanuit de inspectie wordt direct digitaal verstuurd en verwerkt. Een papieren vertaalslag is niet langer nodig waardoor de processen beter worden gestroomlijnd, verantwoordelijke medewerkers kunnen meteen met de informatie aan de slag. Met RE OnSite kunnen documenten worden uitgewisseld tussen opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer om processen meetbaar te maken. De praktijk heeft inmiddels aangetoond dat veel werk wordt bespaard en de kwaliteit verbetert. Uiteindelijk leidt dit tot forse kostenbesparingen! De app werkt in combinatie met de RE Suite van DEMO Consultants.
