Doesn't install
Can only give the app 1 star as it gets stuck at 10% and doesn't install (the one thing it's actually designed to do). Love the actual Accessport, though...

Finally got it to install but now audio is HIGHLY unreliable, often cutting out when walking around/moving the unit slightly in the "real world" (where before the update it definitely did NOT), and also when I shut off the screen but want the audio to keep running. Very frustrating as the product was working extremely well before the firmware update (other than the volume when receiving calls).Show lessrob3333
You have to do it over WIFI!
They should let you know you have to do it over Wi-Fi. I tried it without it didn't work, it stop at 10%.. When I got home and tried it over to Wi-Fi it works perfectly fine.Fluctuator

Don't know you are all complaining about besides having to wait weeks and weeks for a simple update app to show up and then it doesn't work .... oh yeah thats probably worth complaining about especially if you all are stuck at 10%!!! When I first got the device and plug it into the iPhone it asked to be updated, but failed. The mentioned app wasn't available at that time. Now I downloaded it and it gets stuck at 10% for hours until phone battery is dead and warns you to not disconnect.

Update got stuck, as others have reported, at 10% and got not further. I left it and came back to the app being restarted by the phone and my sound adapter no longer working....RonyTomen
Connection issues
After waiting and waiting and waiting for the accessport, I'm really disappointed to find that the device doesn't ever work. I've been experiencing non-stop connectivity issues.davidmc11794

Another victim of this app freezing at 10%. Audio section no longer works; have not checked out charging port yet. I would avoid using this for the time being.mzarn
Release 1.0 fixes my call issue
Thank you guys. The release of the app and subsequent firmware update corrected my call volume issues. Love the silky tones provided by the AccessPort.DaveTheWaveUSMC
