Keeps disconnecting me
The app keeps disconnecting me every time I try to use it. So far as for fixing the bugs you still have one to fix and this is a big one.

It won’t load a previously input search, always defaults to the home page to insert the search again, then tells me there’s an error when I try and look at a

The update was the worst
This application was one of my favorite, there was only one problem is to contact with the seller, so I decided to update it , but now after the update I can do nothing I can’t search all my saved property has been lost, please do try to fix asap as I am planning to buy a good property at the moment.

No one will ever respond to you.
I think the units available on Properstar are just there for reasons other than what they say they are there for. No one will ever respond to you if you tried to contact the person listed for those units. I sent emails and messages to them but I haven’t received any response yet from any of them. I’ve inquired about many apartments in different cities in the span of 5-7 months and still nothing.

When I first downloaded this app it was great. I could search n save with no issues. Now? I’m always waiting for it to load, it doesn’t search what i put in(areas & filters are almost useless),mind you this is well after the recent update.

I think the folks who designed this app must’ve modelled it on Airbnb user experience … It is such a user-friendly application, both website and app. You can find houses by looking at a map or searching an area, it notifies you of just recent additions, and it’s easy to contact the agents.
Message to the developers: two key improvements please:
On the web you can pinch to zoom and move the map around to find landmarks such as beaches, towns in proximity to the property… You can’t do that on the app…I have to split the screen
On the search it would be great if you can search properties within X miles of a given location and then filter The results... When you’re looking for property you normally start in an area and look what’s available in that area. Thanks a lot
