It's an easy to use app, everything is explained. I love that it has percentage or dollar amount down payment option. Most of the buyers have a specific amount set out as down payment. Great App
I'm a first time home buyer and was completely lost with the process. My mortgage broker advised me to use this app to help me see the numbers every time I went to open house. I've used it several times so far and it worked just great! I love the idea of seeing all mortgage payments and specifically total interest paid. Wow!
