Help!!
Has been a fab app and love using but today it’s stopped working and every time I try to reload the app it comes up with a time out error 1001. Can anyone help please?!

They’ll tell you that you’ve cancelled your subscription when you haven’t despite still receiving your money. My sons watch continuously fails to track and you end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Real time location is often delayed and inaccurate, I could go on and on....Kpark79

This app and its developers are awful. Nothing but constant issues and upon reporting most recent issue was told, in an incredibly unprofessional manner that it was my sim that was faulty and didn’t even attempt to try and resolve my issue. Funny that when downloading and setting up a competitors app it worked perfectly. Save your money and choose another app!!Show lessaltonlpink

I cannot get into the app to reach technical support, says timed out or software issue 53. Tried deleting it and reinstalling and says same thing, help my daughter has it on n is far away and need to see where she is.pacouk1
