I have never before written a review for any app, but this one needs it.
I had such great hopes for this app, but after trying it out for only a few days I’ve found several basic features that simply don’t work. Translation itself hangs unless you have an absolutely fantastic network connection. Importing photos for translation flat out fails. For such an expensive service the basic things need to work or else why would you pay for this? I reached out to customer service about the issues and the response was basically “thanks, we’ll let people know this doesn’t work.”
I attempted also to use the desktop app and couldn’t even get it working in a normal install without several communications with customer service. Seems there are a lot of flaws.Show lessCetacea913
