Oldukca basarili
Uber yerine kullanilabilinecek oldukca basarili bir servis. Tek sorun rezervasyon yaptiktan sonra surekli degisen sofor bilgisi sms ve email olarak geliyor. Sanirim 4 ya da 5 kere bu mesajlardan aldim. Buna ragmen havaalanina gelen aracla sistemde gorunen aracin plakalari farkliydi. Bu yuzden yaklasik bir 5-10 dakka arac yanimizda olmasina ragmen gelmedigini sandik. Bunlari haric aractan ve hizmetten oldukca memnun kaldim, ihtiyacim oldukca tekrar kullanmayi dusunuyorum.

Horrible company with zero corporate responsibility
Started using Progo after Uber was stopped in Istanbul.
They usually utilize ex-Uber drivers and vehicles. They do not have their own vehicle. Kind of more legal and domestic version of Uber.
Used them without problems until had a problem. You usually get to know a company when things get rough and how they handle the problem indicates the quality of the company.
When my flight diverted to another airport in the same (Sabiha vs Istanbul New) city, I called Progo when landed. I was informed that I have to pay fully for the service for the other airport and get another vehicle and pay again for the new airport.
This lack of flexibility and lack understanding service quality from a corporate perspective is a huge problem. I do not see this company succeeding in long term. I cancel my further reservation and now getting the same quality vehicle via Google search as there and hundreds of legal companies operate the same way but without an app.
I strongly recommend you all not to use Progo.

Hızlı ve kaliteli servis
Havaalanı ulaşım için daha önce başka bir firmayı kullanıyordum. Bugün ilk kez arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine Progo’yu kullandım. Gece geç vakitte randevu almama rağmen hemen geri döndüler ve sabah tam saatinde geldiler. Araç oldukça temizdi ve şöförümüz Muzaffer Bey de çok kibardı, bize çok yardımcı oldu.
Özetle Progo’dan çok memnun kaldım, ve herkese tavsiye ederim.
