don’t buy!
i bought the game and after playing it for a minute it wasn’t the game for me. tried to get a refund and was denied. this game isn’t fun!
One of the best iOS shmups I’ve ever played!
I downloaded this on a whim, and man, am I happy I did. This is currently my favorite iOS shmup. The bomb/meter/scoring system is simple, but satisfying. I do wish that there were more levels and ship types, but oh, well. I’ll be crossing my fingers for a sequel!
Best Arcade Shooting Game on Mobile
Graphics, sound, patterns and scoring are all up to the level of other Cave Co. titles. This game feels like it was designed to be played with touch controls from the bottom up, you get some very creative enemy patterns you probably wouldn’t find in a console or arcade shooting game. Definitely worth 8 bucks, now put it on PC so I can buy it again haha.
I find this more fun than Gothic Wa Mahou Otome as well.

Super smooth. Comic book style 3D 2D shooter. :)
This is great. A modern shmup for phones. By masters of the genre. It’s difficult! A great game!!!
Finger movements?? Really! No controller support.

Love to have a modern cave styled game in 2020, and would definitely buy an additional copy if it were ported to switch.
Needs the Type-R update
This is a good shooting game, it’s fair to say.
However, it has now been released in Japanese arcades as ‘Aka & Blue Type-R’. This version has an actual continuous arcade mode, added to the single level score attack mode that is on the mobile version. Type-R also has several graphics and gameplay tweaks that improve the game.
Please can we get Type-R on mobile? 🙏

This game is the best
It’s the best game I ever played as far as a lot of hell shooters I’ve played so far.
Bullet hell!
Reminds of the arcade games I used to play while skipping school. Amazingly smooth gameplay. Totally worth the price.
First bullet hell game I played, great for beginners
I’ve always wanted to try bullet hells but could never get over how old and outdated they look. This game looks great and sounds great, which convinced me to finally make the plunge. Love the bomb mechanic, it helps beginners like me increase skill without dying instantly. This game needs more attention. It’s a shame the developers don’t seem active anymore.
