Please help! Video corrupted
Hello! I used your app for the first time in FPV mode today with my DJI Spark. Seemed to work great, love the interface. But when I got home the video was corrupted and I can’t view it, it says “the file format cannot be detected”. Everything I shot with DJI’s app in the same day turned out fine.
No tech support contact evident on your website. Please help!Show lessSysperia

you probably turn of the spark without stop the video recordingVery good app, I recommended it. Just one thing
I have used this app for few flights and works really well. The VR option is awesome and a very good and cheap alternative to DJI goggles. The only thing I recommend to include in the next update is the info about GPS and satellites in the VR information. In one of my flights I noticed that my dron was in Atti mode because it was drifting with the wind but otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed. I landed my dron immediately without issues. The rest is perfect!Show lesspluis3

Works well on my Spark, but found iPhone camera view mode is broken in VR. Please fix.Laser5000
60sec VR mode trial?
Great interface. But why in the world when I use the VR mode it only allows me to use it for 60sec and then it kicks me out of the app. Also won’t allow an (in app purchase) It starts a countdown immediately. Don’t understand this, also cost me $$. How can the VR mode work ALL THE TIME?? Thanks.duc4lyf

the 60sec trial time is free, and che be tryied unlimited times for free. if you bought the unlock for the VR mode, you have unlimited time in VR mode. if you are still in "trial mode" after the in app purchase, something can be gone wrong during the "unlock" (internet connection issue?) anyway you can use the "restore purchase" option to unlock again (obviously for free)No otg for the spark
Can't use this app with the otg cable and the spark. Even though that support is technically gone, you can still use otg on the go 4 app. Not sure why you can't with this program.Joe Mike T

Have flown my Mavic a few times using VR Pro and have not encountered any problems. So glad I found this app after DJI stopped supporting my iPhone.SynBioTek
VR pro for Spark works well
Works well for my Spark on an iOS 11 iPhone 6+. With headset on it is very useful being able to quickly press the fn button to switch to iphone camera & see Spark directly without removing headset. Some display icons moved compared to GO 4 but clear, logical, & soon familiar.PhilipLorentz

Awesome for vr that was the only reason I got it and it works awesome paid version that is only down part I think is that you can’t view the pictures of videos you take like on the appWrx158
