Waiting for text
I have been waiting for my confirmation text message over an hour now, nothing arrived so far.that so much fun when u have a tight schedule for a day...
No way to check status after submitting
After going through their process, it says it will take 5 days, says to “go back to the web” to check status. The “Done” button didn’t do anything. Managed to see a status page once, but have no idea how to get back to it. Now the “identity” app completely forgot my identity. No email or text confirmations. Nothing.

Locked up my phone
Locked up my phone on the last step, kept pressing screen nothing happened. Now it wants me to start over.
Photo validation is wonky
First, let me say I have to use an iPad Pro to photograph my license and selfie...not easy due to weight and size. My new metal roof blocks the microwaves from tower and cannot use my iPhone. The app does not do well with the iPad and I have tried this four times so as of now I am unverified. I am shaky but a stroke does that to people so developers need to address this issue and fact that not everyone is able to use a phone for the process.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews for this app. It leads me to think tharosr people don't understand what the KYC process requires. The app let me complete my ID verification without a problem. I did fail the first time and had to resubmit - but that was because I screwed up and sent a photo of my passport that was cut off. Certainly not the apps fault. Again - the whole process via the app was easy and straight forward.

No way to know status of onboarding
Once ID details are input there is no way to follow up to know the status of your onboarding request. Even after waiting for weeks.
When inputting the code, if you get it wrong a message pops us that informing you to contact support, but who is support? No contact details for support are provided
No way to know whether a sms has been sent to you approving your onboarding request & no way to request sending the sms.

It doesn’t work
It doesn’t work on my phone iPhone 6s. It asks for access code which I don’t have can you look in to this.
This app does not work I give it zero stars
I installed your app on my iPhone, i took my drivers license photo front and back, i then took a selfie it asked my to return to the browser page and now i cannot access the app without a code. need help or a phone number to tech support.
I am retracting my above statement, it does work you have to wait 24 to 72 hrs to be processed. Like all other Know your customer apps.
At present time I am waiting and will update this review after the 48 - 72hrs.
