Love the company; the Holmes app - not so much
My main issue lies with the frustrating delay when attempting to respond to leads. After using the platform for the last six months or so, I can essentially predict what incoming client messages can trigger a wonky response from Holmes, so I do my best to jump in, mute the conversation, and provide follow-up tailored specifically to those “unique” situations. However, my attempts to intercept and take over are often in vain, as it can sometimes take well over a minute from the time I click on a push notification to the time the conversation loads within the app. Unfortunately, a minute or so is just long enough for Holmes to fire off another message, often taking the conversation in an entirely different direction than what the client’s response indicated. In addition, far too often the app fails to load conversations at all. You’ll open the app to a screen that simply says “No Conversations”, although this can normally be fixed by simply logging out and logging back in.
Please, you amazing folks at Structurely, fix the app so that we can have a more seamless, reliable handoff from AI to human. Thank you.
