It's a giant advertisement, not an app
This app is just a promotional catalog for Chroma. Given its description in the PDF manual downloads as "get more information by downloading the Chroma ATE Solutions APP", I would assume this means the app would have manuals available for mobile reference. Nope. Just a marginally interactive catalog, with blank tabs at the bottom, and lots and lots of waiting at loading screens.
