Reviews of Annals of Internal Medicine

  • Don’t bother

What a waste of time downloading this app. I received my monthly issue of AIM in hardcopy and download of this app thinking I could apply for CME. After running around a bit and trying to login to apply for CME (the app bounces you to the ACP website) and logging in multiple times in different places, not only was I not able to achieve my goal, but the content that was first visible in the app is now completely gone. Now when I open this app, none of the articles load it is completely blank rendering the application a completely useless placeholder in my phone.
  • Disappointing

Considering the cost of an Annals subscription, the best that can be said about this app is “it exists”.
It comes across as something that someone at Annals thought the journal should have, and that’s it.
No interesting graphics, no ways to mark/edit/ save information, slow to load, essentially, just text.
A very disappointing effort, especially when you see what other apps offer.
Another slap in the face to Annals subscribers.
  • Pretty Good

This is a very bare bones app but it does make it super easy to browse the latest content from Annals. The way you can store your login credentials is handy.
