Doesn’t work
It only goes up to 8% no matter how far you are away from other Bluetooth devices. You can only set the time, you can’t connect it to the app so it really is just a regular watch. 😐ririchiyo.shirakiin

Unable to pair Guess bracelet smartwatch with phone
I’m so pained. Such an expensive watch yet cannot pair it with my iPhone to start using it. Keeps throwing up a sync error and asking me to ensure all other Bluetooth devices and/or trackers are turned off. I’ve changed positions and locations yet no luck. What the hell!! Should it be so difficult to pair a smartwatch? My Apple Watch didn’t give this sort of issue.Show lessCI-E
Don’t waste your money
I wish I could give this zero stars. After buying my watch today. After atleast 30 attempts to get this to sync to my phone it will not work. Looks like the last update to this app was 7 months ago. It only gets to 8% and then stops. Nice watch but waste that I cannot use it to full function. Pretty unsatisfied. Seems like Timex and Guess does not care. Bluetooth sync does not work! Help!
I recently purchased a new watch and I keep getting errors that it cannot connect via Bluetooth. There’s a forum online of numerous customers having this same problem.Mmbxx
