I know every business has different needs when it comes to workflows and communication. And I knew there was something out there for us.
I searched and tested multiple platforms including Asana, Click up and Service Channel but Coast stood out from the rest! Coast is perfect for fast paced teams with multiple departments and work orders going on at once.
When I introduced the platform to my team they were thrilled and loved the esthetic. Meaning it was easy to view and keep track of their tasks and progress the team is making.
While you are navigating the app and there is something you are missing, I recommend contacting the support team, the app is highly customizable for your needs and the Coast support team is extremely responsive.

Hate this app
We just started using this app 4-5 weeks ago and it’s been the worst ran into glitches with loading up my pictures of my schedule whenever I text the group chat I also get a pop up asking me if they love it and none of them let me say I hate it so I went out of my way to rate this app poorly since it’s really not great at all use anything else tbh or discord

Great communication/schedule app
We have been using this app since May 2021 or roundabout at our nonprofit animal rescue. We use this to schedule the different locations teams. Each team can have a down schedule and communication chat. Keeping everything in one easy place and being able to add in new volunteers without having to restart a new chat is awesome and has been a game changer for us. We love that the app is free and so convenient with incredible customer service of real people who actually respond to any question you may have!
