Tracker was very unreliable!
The app was ok on the whole but the tracking was poor. I missed my partner’s finish at Ride London because the app told me he was already over Tower Bridge and so I thought I’d missed him and yet he didn’t cross the finish line for another 20 mins!! Really disappointing.CLN66
Great app.
I used this during RideLondon Essex 100, and the family used it to track me. It seemed accurate, and helped to make a great event even more fun.GRC1961
Good app, but gps tracking drained phone
Very late in arriving in the App Store but the app worked well. Unfortunately my phone went from 98% battery at the start to 10% at 65km, with 100km still to go.Grootenhoobler
App slightly behind
The app was behind towards the end of the race, showing rides at Canary Wharf where in fact they were just about to go over Tower BridgeOh bugger no nicknames left

Don’t think the app was accurate at recording finishing times.

Not great
Felt the App was running rather long - we ended up cycling 102.5 miles according to Strava to get to 100 miles on the app, which we could have done without! We got notifications when we reached 25, 50 and 75 miles, but no alert to notify that we’d actually finished. Bearing in mind we weren’t cycling along holding our phones in our hands, this would have been particularly useful.Show lessSaraAskhamRichard
GPS Tracking Not Good
Did the ride today and had to ride 102 miles according to my Garmin to register the 100 mile ride.
Why could you not take a Garmin feed like Strava, would have saved me dragging a battery pack around the ride to keep the phone goingRichard756547
