WOW love this app! My inner wisdom, guidance and overall sense of peace comes easily when I use HERE. My ‘go to’ is usually 15’ realign music track while the staring orb option is set at 4 breaths per minute.

Helps me calm down on my way to work
I heard about this app from a friend who told me it would finally help me get in to meditation. I love it!! 🌅❤️ I live in New York City and I use it on my way to work to calm down through a fun game whilst listening to relaxing guided meditation tune.
