We offer a positive, safe, healthy, and non-intimidating environment filled with camaraderie, with classes available for women, men, and children of all ages and fitness abilities. THE STUDIO is operated by 7th Degree Taekwondo Master Amitis Pourarian, a Kukkiwon-certified instructor with more than 20 years of teaching experience.
