Terrible App! Total Crap!!!!
This app constantly crashes and locks you out. The program is run through Lexius Nexius, and their customer service people will just pawn you off to your insurance company for tech help. The frustrating part is that the insurance company then pawns you off to Lexius Nexius. The app is slow and drains your battery since it’s constantly running in the back ground. It also interferes with Apple car play when when using GPS mapping. Total crap!!! Indian Farm Bureau for what I pay in premium please pick a better provider!!!!!!!Show lessJrambellows
Worst app I’ve ever been forced to use
They make you use this app to receive a discount. It never works. Then the insurance raises your rates. The app designers put no thought into the way this app works. You can’t switch users. You can’t see if it’s recording a trip or not. There’s no start or stop. Indiana Farm... find a new app or get this updated!Show lesscustomer9862
