I thought there was an error with the app because the order status kept reporting that the restaurant was still preparing my food. After growing concerned I called the restaurant and they reported that my food had been sitting and waiting for someone to come pick it up. Order On The Way offered no explanation. I would recommend NOT adding a tip when you place your order and instead paying the driver based on performance. If you are at all concerned with time, I would also recommend finding a different service.GoBlue78
Easy to use
I have used this app for delivery now 3-4 times and it has worked great! Simple to use and no issues for me. I do get one offer for free delivery but I haven’t joined yet- so not sure but I may try that soon! Great food delivery in my Charleston areacgirlkelly
