Love the product. It’s easy to use and handles all of our sales and marketing needs. We use 10 company wide and the fact that they have a responsive mobile app allows our team to always stay connected. I would highly recommend this product.
User Friendly
Can access all of my data with ease. The responsive design is a great feature.
Unusable
Firstly, the desktop app is pretty good. It’s too bad the mobile app doesn’t reflect how great the software is.
This “app” is simply a mobile version of the website, and is virtually unusable. There are scrolling pages within scrolling pages, the drawers still slide out, which is fine on a desktop but not at all user friendly on a mobile screen. Notes from activities don’t always appear, if data connection drops briefly while entering an activity, you lose all progress on the Activity report...among several other bugs.
OnContact needs a stand-alone mobile app, not a poorly repackaged mobile browser version of the website.
