Nedbank Customer Service

As a foreign account holder my only way to access my account is via the money app. I have been trying for over 8 months to update details so that I can access my account. Nedbank service to foreign account holders is terrible.

I love Nedbank but you should really invest in a dev team to fix this buggy app. It freeezes and has authentication errors.

Not working abroad

I love this app. But when Im abroad its such a hassle to use, it takes ages to log in and to load new payments in a different time zone is a mission as it will not accept it unless im on the same day as south africa. And time zones often dont make this possible.

Latest update crashes when changing profiles

You have to wait a few seconds for the whole profile to load, otherwise if you switch to another profile it crashes.

Too slow

The app is to slow to open on iPhone
Takes few days to see updates on your transactions on your app

Too many notifications

The app is good but why is there so many notifications? You can’t even permanently turn it off. I don’t turn it off for the app in my settings because of me actually getting a single notification about my account. Make an option to turn notifications off permanently not for a few hours.

Impossible to Open Account from Abroad

After trying to open an account online, I was told to use this app to verify my identity.

After, verifying my identity on this app, I am asked for my address. However, the app does not allow international addresses, and there is no way to continue without filling in all the fields.

You claim this is tge best app in SA? STOP LYING TO YOURSELF! Reported that chat function does not work when logged into profile - ignored!
Now the chat function (logged out) does not even work at all...

Unusable

After half an hour of struggling I gave up. Need to have a look at how FNB does things.
