扰乱市场信息
租房中介,如果只是赚取信息差无可厚非,但是做得有点过头了。不说夸张的中介费和看房费了,这些自己查查字典自己签都是免费的。
做的最过分的是举报打压个体学生的房源信息流动。Hooli的中介小分队在我的公寓楼下开会,怎么在微信群里尽量刷屏,把个体学生放的信息都剔除,在百度贴吧举报自由信息交易,举报本着初心希望留学生互相帮助的吧主。我听到那个小头头骄傲地说他们举报了两年终于把原来的吧主举报成功我真是要吐了真的恶心。你们赚你们的信息差,为什么要用人海战术把市场弄得乌烟瘴气

高效顺利租房
看了很多家海外租房平台,还对比了民宿,最终在hooli成功找到了喜欢的房子,靠近学校的公寓。因为咨询的比较早,所以顾问小姐姐贴心推荐我早点订房,最后定下房子后的月房租比后期订房的同学们便宜了200刀(9月开学,我4月定的房)。 超级愉快的经历💕

DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT USING THEM
I would give 0 Star if I can.
1. Unprofessional. Everyone that was in contact with me had no clue what they were doing. I was wasting a lot of time going back and force with just a bunch of young men and women who apparently don’t much if not any experience at all.
2. Fake rating on google review and App Store.
After I became so disappointed in them, I tried to search of this company to see if it is just straight up a scam. Turned out the ratings are very good on google reviews. But if one looks further, it’s not hard to find that almost all of those good reviews were written on the same day and the writing style, reviewers’ names are strikingly similar. That got me into thinking, bro, you’ve got to be kidding me. All those reviews are FAKE prob written by some insiders.
3. Poor management.
I met with a bunch of sales managers after I couldn’t communicate in an efficient way with the ranks&files. The manager was polite in a way that made me feel like I was retarded. They had no real intention in helping me out but didn’t want me to yell at them because I was so mad. After leaving their office, another manager that I bumped into just straight up gave me this disdaining and the most condescending look EVER. Boy didn’t I wanna punch him. His name was John.
4. SCAM SCAM SCAM
To be honest their main target of customer probably isn’t people like me who’s lived in the area quite a while. Their main target customers are actually those who barely know English like those students who just came to the US with limited communication abilities let alone real estate knowledge. They charge a ridiculous amount of broker fee while it may not be required at all from other brokers. They claim to be a subgroup of some multinational company, what a JOKE. Please learn how to do business and hire the right people to it.
