Do not subscribe to this app unless you want to never be able to unsubscribe. There is no option to unsubscribe in the app, no option on the website, and no support number to call. I have sent multiple emails, none of which have been answered. It’s a shame because I love Gregg and the writers he’s assembled, but for personal budgeting readers I need to cancel multiple subscriptions. My only choice now will be to call my bank to have them block all transactions from BSJ. Given this experience, it’s unlikely I will ever come back even when I can afford it again.
