Community App with zero community function
I’m so disappointed with Office RnD as a platform so far. This review is about the actual service which extend to the app, which I was hoping would resolve the matter.
How can one service call itself a community app when the community function are SO poor.
I do not understand why it is not possible for members to interact which each other’s on the feed like you do on FB. The result is SO static which does make any wanting to go and use the app to communicate with anyone. Especially when you’ve got FB, WhatsApp and slack as alternative.
This seems to be such a basic feature (that I mentioned about months ago) and that is not being sorted. As well as the poor way of communicating with the team when we have issues. I am not a satisfied customers and our team do not recommend RnD over other platforms.
