Slow Lettuce app crashes and location hungry
Trying to eat healthier is hard when a restaurant can’t get an app right. Constant crashes and pop up error messages. Can’t search for a location from the order screen even after favoriting a store in the location screen. Tries to force you to give location in order to place an order. Didn’t like my one time non precise location offering.

Bones in the chicken
I usually get a meat-free salad but decided to try the buffalo chicken this time. The chicken tasted good, but I bit into large chunks of bones in several different chunks of chicken. The lettuce was also gross and soggy.rjgs27

I was having an issue with trying to order from my local location. It would show up on the ‘location’ tab but not as an option on the ‘order’ tab. I contacted the support team through the ‘Need Help’ option in the app. I got a prompt response and was able to resolve my problem. Major Glitch in App
Not sure where to report, but I’m repeatedly prompted to verify my profile details on a loop, which doesn’t allow me to access any other features of the app.Texas5678

Needs quite a bit of work
Very glitchy app that requires constant customer support and the rewards program needs to be much clearer. Be aware that rewards can only be used on certain items and receipts cannot be combinedScullyj
Horrible app. Never works.
Never logs my points when I scan my receipt barcode. Not sure why these guys can’t figure out how to make an app that works when literally every other food restaurant has no problem with their apps.Alishashuweb
