• Added capability to provide information into fields which are required through rules or status change such as outcome when solving a request or providing an attribute or a dictionary where rules dictate the property is now required. • Added the ability to overwrite service from a dictionary classification when creating requests. • Added the ability to mark an incident as a major incident. • Added the ability to update priority, urgency and third-party reference. • Added the ability to update people, attributes, special instructions, and hardware details of configuration items. • Updated the branding of the app to be aligned with current corporate branding and colour schemes. • Respect permissions for attributes based upon access level or access groups. • Resolved several exceptions generated by the app for example, when connecting when there are connectivity issues.
