It's a great and special product and the prices are very suitable.
This shop is cheaters, I had very bad experience with purchasing beds and mattress. Beds broken after 3 months and homebox doesn’t replace or refund or fix it. They told me because of using it happened! Imagine the reason!!! Very bad quality and worst customer service. They fool customers and not respecting customers. Never ever trust.

ALL the items i chose SUDDENLY became unavailable in my area (i saw the items in their showroom so i know there are stocks) during checkout AFTER i removed an out of stock item. what a tactic! if you don’t want to sell at a discounted price, don’t sell false hope! God bless you! this will be the last time i will buy from your store.

The app does not process information that it requests, the search is weak, and even with the reasonable prices it’s not worth the hassle of terrible service that you get. Information on the app is false, delivery information is false on the invoice, the app doesn’t provide direct in app support, and then their delivery never arrives.

We are so grateful for your kind words.Very bad service, i buy a two shoe cabinets and I bay by benifet Bahrain after I bay they told me it canceld because no cabinets available in store and storage , and I wait 14 days until now I didn’t receive my money ,and they keep telling me to wait 😡🤬

They have items for sale at discounts. But actually those items are not in stock. You order and then they cancel the order. It takes 14 days to get a refund. If you complain they say sorry to many sold so was out of our control sold out. But sadly busted. Go then back to the app and the item still listed for sale. This is so unprofessional and unnecessary. Why would a store want people to write bad reviews like I am doing now. The solution is simple if sold out remove immediately. Second do not cancel and make the customer wait 14 days to get the money back. Instead call them and offer a replacement item. Now that’s caring and good customer service. The way it is done now
is ridiculous and unfair to customers

We hope you will give us an opportunity to serve you again.Good offers, but bad shopping experience hard to use the app during offers vague methods to get benefited from the offers and the worst thing is the customer care if any problem is happened they have a Robotic customer care services no matter how many you give a complaint the automated system is activated and finally the reject your purchase and refund
It took them 15 days to tell that they can’t deliver my order and they cancelled it automatically
