View menu items - The view "Activities to schedule" now displays additional information (ticket, description, serial number, location, contract type, ...). Plan times - In the ticket or activity detail, schedule times can now be edited or created. For this purpose, the authorisation "Service App: Create/change schedule times via mobile" must be activated for the user. Ticket - When creating tickets via the app, the serial number can be selected first as an alternative to the customer. The customer and the possibly assigned delivery address are then suggested via the serial number. - When booking the spare parts, the father serial number is suggested according to the position in the ticket item table. Before the change, the sorting was done by serial number. - Management of opening hours of customers/delivery addresses on mobile devices: * Display the opening hours of the customer or delivery address in the ticket detail. * The information for the planning view is accessed via the "Ticket Detail" button in the activities. * The employee can change/add opening hours using their mobile device. Counter management - Management of test prints during a visit General - In the user permissions, it is possible to create a "customer filter" that is applied during the entry of a new ticket. - A lock has been added to prevent closing activities without registered times. This info is displayed to the user with a pop-up. The lock is activated by means of parameters at web service level.
