    Comment ça marche. J’essaie d’ouvrir l’application de la Banque Scotia. Il faut que je télécharge cet application de jeton qui me demande de numériser un code à barre. Quel code à barre ? Je le trouve où ? Et comment utiliser une application pour numériser une autre application sur le même cellulaire. C’est la pire application que j’ai vu. Pas moyen d’entrer d’accéder à l’application de la banque et pas moyen de valider ma carte de crédit

  • Jeton qui cesse de fonctionner

    Ça fait plusieurs fois que le jeton cesse de fonctionner. Le support technique est horrible, le temps d’attente est très long, plus de 20 minutes. Le service n’a pas cessé de diminuer avec cette banque. Je ferme des comptes et je transfert des placements à chaque fois.
  • Downloading app allowed my phone to be compromised

    The day I downloaded this app my phone started to pop up with my passcode. Which I shut off that feature on my phone. Then three days later my Touch ID was changed on my phone. I had to do a complete reset of my phone and all my data was lost like my phone never existed. Not Scotia's fault necessarily but this makes me want to get rid of my apple product and never use this app again. But need to for business which doesn’t work after this event. Let’s see if holding for over 45 minutes plus the call agent will help me.

  • Error code scanning barcode

    Everytime I scan the barcode on the business online set up I get an error code saying I need to scan a new QR. this is really messed up and doesn’t work as easily as it should.
  • This is beyond pathetic

    This is truly a stain on the reputation and basic competence of a financial institution. The app crashed for no reason and removed my token. To get a new token, I had to call them then they asked me for my secret word that I used when I first created the account. Given I could not remember this, they had to email an advisor that I have never spoken to before to and wait on this call to get the my secret word to link the new token. Totally not business friendly and this was no fault of my own. I refuse to use the app and will stick to the old token (physical black one) moving forward.

  • Very glitchy

    I cannot understand why a Global Bank would provide this app for their customers. It doesn’t work at all. You are forced to call into the customer service lines and wait on hold to get any issue resolved. How are business owners expected to be patient with this? Terrible. Another fail by SB.

    Everyone needs to contact Scotia’s customer service BEFORE attempting to scan anything. They updated my account so I can’t use my physical token anymore. They sent a link to my email and helped me set up. You’re supposed to scan the QR code that shows up in the link they email you NOT the barcode on the back of your physical token. It took less than 10 mins to switch over and works perfectly.
